Design the future of a growing city.
As a Project Officer, you support delivery across the Transformational Program by coordinating procurement, contracts and funding activities. You prepare grant submissions, RFQs and tenders, track budgets and timelines, and maintain accurate project records. You also work with project leads, contractors and consultants to keep projects moving and resolve issues early.
Your work includes preparing Council reports and briefing notes, coordinating award submissions, and managing documentation for funding approvals and contributions. You help run stakeholder consultation activities and develop presentations for internal and external audiences. You monitor project performance, identify risks and support practical solutions that keep delivery on track.
Each task you complete helps secure funding, strengthen governance and support delivery of infrastructure and public spaces across the city. You contribute to projects that improve how people live, move and connect, while building your skills across procurement, contract administration and stakeholder engagement.
