As an Early Childhood Teacher, you support children, families and educators by delivering learning experiences that help children develop skills, confidence and a sense of belonging. You work closely with the service director and education team to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that meet the needs of children. You set up learning experiences, supervise children, document developmental progress, maintain records and communicate regularly with families about their child’s learning, achievements and wellbeing.

Every day, you help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children can learn through play and exploration. You monitor health and wellbeing, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, contribute to quality improvement activities and support compliance with education and care requirements.
