Kids Early Learning operates 33 services across the Blacktown local government area, including 7 Outside School Hours Care services, 22 Long Day Care services and 3 Preschool services. Our services support local children and families through quality education and care in safe, welcoming environments.

As a Child Care Director at Kids Early Learning Kings Park or Hassall Grove, you manage the day to day operation of a child care centre and lead a team of educators to deliver high quality education and care. You oversee educational programs, review and support programming, organise educator rosters, monitor centre budgets and ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met. You maintain strong relationships with families, keep parents informed about their child’s learning and development, manage waiting lists and enrolments, and work closely with Council to ensure the centre runs smoothly.

Your leadership supports positive outcomes for children, families and educators. You provide coaching, supervision and professional development opportunities that help educators strengthen their skills and practice. You lead quality improvement planning, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and ensure the service continues to meet high standards of learning, wellbeing and care.
