With the introduction of new services, we are excited to announce an opportunity for an additional Procurement Business Partner to join our valued Strategic Procurement & Supply team. Procurement is not just about transactions; it's a strategic function that aligns with our Council's objectives. As a Procurement professional with us, you'll engage stakeholders, continuously expand your knowledge, explore diverse sectors, and champion sustainable practices.

Your role will involve supporting our operations and assisting our team and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from executing business strategies and formulating procurement plans to managing sourcing transactions, overseeing contract administration, executing purchases, handling inventory, and refining service delivery.

By blending exceptional customer service with astute research and data analysis, you'll strengthen our procurement processes. Additionally, you'll contribute to transaction processing, documentation development, offer evaluation, negotiation proceedings, and contract implementation. Your influence will extend to shaping our procurement strategies and identifying avenues for enhanced value and operational efficiency.

Building relationships is crucial, requiring engagement with suppliers, government entities, and industry representatives, all while upholding professional and ethical conduct.
