About The Opportunity (Internal Only)
As the Corporate Applications Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring timely user access to corporate systems and the maintenance of the corporate applications software register. You will provide support for managing print and telecommunications usage in Council, and support the Information Services Steering Committee including scheduling meetings, preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes. Additionally, you may provide support to the Service Desk team as required.
About You
- Knowledge and experience using various business systems and the ability to quickly learn how to use new systems including MS Office Suite.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and exceptional time management skills and an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
