About The Opportunity
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technical support to both remote and on-site users. Your responsibilities encompass diagnosing, documenting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This involves adhering to standard operating procedures and leveraging the ITIL Service Management framework for effective support. You'll take charge of configuring and installing desktop hardware, software, printers, and other equipment as required.

About You
- Qualification in Information Technology and the equivalent of 1+ years of industry experience in a technical support role advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, and a ‘can-do’ attitude, and be able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities and ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and follow escalation and operating procedures
- Current Queensland Driver’s licence
- Experience using an industry-standard ITSM solution for ticketing, knowledge-base, and asset management desired
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, including Windows, Android/iOS, M365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune and Azure
- ITIL Qualifications desired
