About The Opportunity
As an Organisational Development Business Partner, you will design and deliver innovative initiatives that enhance employee experience, leadership, culture, and capability across Council. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to identify development opportunities, create and facilitate blended learning programs, support workforce planning and succession, and drive engagement strategies aligned with Council’s values. You’ll also use data to measure impact, represent Council at key events, and help foster a positive, high-performing organisational culture.

About You
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in organisational development and a passion for enhancing employee engagement. If you possess strong facilitation skills and the ability to build relationships across a diverse workforce, we want to hear from you!
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business management, organisational psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing development initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation capabilities.
- Experience in project management and a familiarity with local government operations are highly desirable.
