About The Opportunity
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the planning, maintenance, and development of Council-owned venues and assets. This role plays a key part in ensuring our facilities meet community needs, comply with regulations, and support sustainable service delivery. You’ll guide capital works, manage leases, and drive innovation across our built environment.
About You
- Proven experience in facility and asset management, including capital works and maintenance
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- A commitment to sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a current Open ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
