About the Role
As a valued member of our maternity team, the Clinical Educator Maternity plays a key role in shaping the capability, confidence and future readiness of Burnside Hospital’s midwifery workforce. This position leads the coordination and delivery of a structured education, coaching and mentoring program that supports midwives across the full continuum of care. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, the Clinical Educator drives high‑quality, evidence‑based practice by developing staff, strengthening clinical skills, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives in midwifery education. With a strong focus on professional growth, contemporary practice and patient‑centred care, this role is central to ensuring our maternity service continues to deliver safe, exceptional care for women and families.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Registered Midwife to join our dynamic, high‑performing team at our Toorak Gardens location. This position is available on a part‑time basis (0.4 FTE).
