About the role
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, Maternity Services, our Registered Midwives play a vital role in delivering safe, contemporary and evidence‑based care within our Maternity Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for midwives who are passionate about high‑quality clinical care and enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Based at our Toorak Gardens location, we have permanent positions available with flexible FTE options from 0.4 up to full‑time. As part of our dedicated maternity team, you will contribute to exceptional patient experiences, uphold clinical governance standards and support a positive, inclusive team culture.
About You
You are a compassionate and capable Registered Midwife who delivers safe, evidence‑based and patient‑centred care. You bring strong assessment, intervention and evaluation skills, maintain high clinical standards, and foster a culturally sensitive, supportive environment for women and their families.
With a minimum of 2 years clinical experience, you work confidently within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance and a respectful, collaborative workplace. With sound clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach, you are committed to achieving the best outcomes for patients and supporting a positive team culture.
