About the Role
As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing team and delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will be enrolled in an undergraduate nursing, having completed your first year or possess a Certificate IV in Health Services Assistance. This position allows you to work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) as you contribute to the nursing care plan and enhance patient experiences.
In this role, you will assist with direct patient care, maintain accurate health documentation, and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare team members. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients.
About you
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who are eager to grow in their nursing careers.
- Must be a 2nd year nursing student or hold a Certificate IV in Health Services Assistance.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to follow directions and work within a team under the supervision of RNs.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols.
Your proactive attitude towards learning and development will be essential in this role as you assist in various patient care activities while adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
