About the role

Reporting to the Clinical Manager Von Rieben Wards & HDU, the Ward Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Von Rieben and HDU business area. Acting as the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff, the Ward Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and supporting clinical teams in delivering high-quality care. This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately experienced and motivated individual to join our high-performing team at our Toorak Gardens site in a part-time capacity (0.8 FTE).

Burnside War Memorial Hospital was established as a living memorial to the men and women of the District who gave their lives in the two World Wars, and all others who served, made possible through the foresight of the City of Burnside and the generous gift of Attunga by Otto Georg von Rieben in 1944.
