About the role

Join our Engagement Team and dive into a role where you'll lead the charge in amplifying our brand and boosting donor support. As the Marketing Team Leader, you'll work closely with our stakeholders, guiding our marketing and fundraising efforts to captivate the right audiences and elevate our cause.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll steer our marketing strategies, oversee content creation, and provide direction and support a talented team. You’ll manage our Digital Marketing Officer, and two key roles in fundraising – our Regular Giving Coordinator and Individual Giving Coordinator.
We’re looking for a hands-on, inspiring leader who thrives on driving results and expanding our brand across various channels. Your mission: to lead a high-energy team to meet revenue targets and grow our impact!

What you'll need to succeed
- A proven track record of inspiring leadership, whether you've led a team or worked with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies and hitting those ambitious goals.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and tools, from digital marketing and social media to EDM.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and their impact within a non-profit setting.
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for planning and executing marketing initiatives.

Passion for data with an insights-driven approach to marketing and fundraising.
- A strategic mindset paired with analytical skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for nature conservation and alignment with the values of Bush Heritage.

Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing team workflows efficiently.
- Strong writing skills, with experience in crafting and editing compelling content.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
