We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Hands to join our team at Blue Haven.
In the role of Kitchen Hand you will assist to provide meals to our residents and members of the public who visit Barroul House Cafe. You will have exceptional customer service skills, work as an efficient team member and be committed to providing a quality, efficient and reliable service.
We offer:
- Part time and casual positions available
- Hourly rate of $28.67
- Plus 10% loading for casual appointments
- Plus 11.5% superannuation
- Plus applicable penalty rates in line with the award
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience working in either a commercial kitchen, food service industry or aged care environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents
- Experience and knowledge of infection control in aged care
- To be well presented, flexible, reliable and a self-motivated team player.
