We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Care Service Employees (Nursing) to join the team at Blue Haven.
In these roles you will provide personal care and social support to our residents in accordance with accreditation standards. You will also assist the facility to meet documentation requirements as outlined by the Aged Care Act whilst portraying the image of Blue Haven as being caring, courteous and efficient.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, or
Certificate III in Aged Care, or
Certificate III in Aging Support - First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain one within first three months)
- Experience as a Care Service Employee (or similar) in aged care
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and work in a team
- The ability to read and record information and to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of manual handling requirements.
We offer:
- Part time and Casual roles available, up to 37.5 hours hours per week
- Part time role hourly rate from $29.73
- Plus 11.5% superannuation
- Casual roles incur 10% loading in lieu of leave
- Penalty rates applied in line with the Award
- Hourly rates dependent on qualifications, skills and experience

- Access to the Employee Assistance Program for yourself and your immediate family.
