Position Overview
An Educator is responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to children aged 0-5 years. This role involves assisting in daily routines, maintaining records of children's development, and supporting families to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
As an Educator, you will form meaningful relationships with children, creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving abilities. Your contributions will help each child feel a sense of belonging and support their individual growth.
This position is full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Work commencement and completion times are on a rotating roster, between the hours of 6:45am and 6:00pm.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to early childhood education and the development of children.
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting children's learning.
- Ability to plan effectively, think independently, and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail, with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective interactions with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Tertiary qualifications at AQF Level 3 (Cert III) in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a willingness to enrol and work towards an AQF Level 5 (Diploma) in Early Childhood Education and Care, with at least 6 months' relevant experience.
- Valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate.
- 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Australia.
In this role, you will be required to perform duties across various outdoor environments, ensuring the health and safety of children while complying with workplace policies and procedures.
