Come and join our Bogan Bush Mobile team!

As a Trainee you will provide inclusive, educational experiences to children from birth to school age in a caring and culturally sensitive environment whilst ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children at all times and provide support to families within our community.

You will be required to be an active member of a small team which provides high quality childhood education and care to children, assist with the preparation, maintenance and hygienic cleaning of all equipment, setup and conduct activities for the children at the Bogan Bush Mobile sessions.

This position requires enrolment and study in a Certificate III and leading into a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a current class C, P1 or P2 drivers licence and have completed school studies to NSW Record of School Achievement (RoSA) level or equivalent (year 10 School Certificate) to be eligible for tertiary enrolment.

Hours of work are 35 – 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster basis and one RDO per fortnight.

Conditions

  • Full time 4 year contract 35 hours per week, as per rotating roster between the hours of 7.00am to 6.00pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.

  • Remuneration at T3 – T10 of Council’s salary system ($736.41 - $1154.18 / week) depending on qualifications and experience
