The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a dynamic and eager individual to lead and support the educator team in the delivery of quality early childhood programs that enrich the lives of children and families, ensuring that the services meet all statutory regulations, standards and approved curriculum.
As Nominated Supervisor of Eden Early Learning Centre, you will undertake overall responsibility for the day to day management of the staff and programs at Eden Early Learning Centre as well as prepare rosters and organise replacement staff to ensure compliance with Regulations within budget allocations. You will act as a role model and mentor to Educators in understanding and complying with Regulations, the Law and the National Quality Framework.

About You
We are seeking an individual who has a minimum Diploma in Children’s Services or Early Childhood Teaching degree recognised by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority and a minimum of one year experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Nominated Supervisor of an early childhood service
- Advanced knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and National Law and Regulations
- Strong skills in all aspects of human resource management, including directing and supporting teams to comply with Regulations
- Excellent ability to build respectful relationships with children, families and stakeholders
Benefits
This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $92,761.76 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,607.10 per week base salary
- $176.78 per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
