The Opportunity
We have multiple opportunities at Eden Early Learning Centre for caring and enthusiastic individuals to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation, and implementation of programs for children and families.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will actively contribute to the implementation and documentation of high-quality programs for children and their families as well as contribute to the care and exchange of resources that enhance the learning program and the aesthetic environment. You will follow established protocols and procedures for responding to child protection issues, health, hygiene, and child well-being, including the provision of medication and first aid.

About You
We are seeking individuals who hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (or other equivalent recognised qualification) or is willing to obtain the required qualification. You must have a NSW Working with Children Check as well as current training in First Aid , Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management (or ability to obtain).
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and others in the community.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children’s wellbeing and learning.
- Additional skills, knowledge and qualifications that might be applicable to this position, such as specialised training and work experience.
Benefits
There are multiple permanent and fixed term positions available with flexibility to work full time, part time or possible job share arrangement.
The total remuneration package for this position commenced at $58,868.68* gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,019.90* per week base salary
- $112.19* per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
*Remuneration is paid pro-rata for part time work.
