The Opportunity
We have an two opportunities for motivated individuals to assist with the coordination and provision of the Brighter Futures Program throughout the Bega Valley community, including maintaining and ensuring the optimal standard of client care in accordance with the Early Intervention Program Service Provision Guidelines.
As a Case Manager, you will develop planning strategies for short and long-term client goals as well as evaluate the standard of service provision and take appropriate action via Program Coordinator. You will assist with the provision of public education, advice and awareness of issues relating to the Brighter Futures program within the community.

About You
We are seeking individuals who holds a Degree-level qualification in Social Science or Education or Community Services or equivalent and have a Working with Children (NSW) clearance.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management principles.
- Knowledge of the relevant Acts, policies and practices related to general community health and the Early Intervention Program Service Provision Guidelines.
- High standard of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritise referral responses.
Benefits
These are fixed term positions until 31 January 2025 with two option available:
- Full time position working 35 hours per week or
- Part time position working 14 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $88,767.64* gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1537.90* per week base salary
- $169.17* per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
*Remuneration is paid pro-rata for part-time position.
