We have multiple opportunities for diligent individuals to contribute to the effective operations, maintenance, aquatic programming (learn to swim and swim coaching) and pool supervision at Bega War Memorial Swimming Pool.

About You

We are seeking individuals who have experience relevant to the operations of community pools and aquatic centres, including customer service, lifeguarding, operations, learn to swim and/or swim coaching, and hold appropriate qualifications.

Benefits

There are multiple positions available with the flexibility to work full time, part time or casual, for a period of seven (7) months.

The total remuneration package for this position commences from $71,872.01 to $74,730.42* gross per annum, comprising of:

  • $1,239.60 - $1,288.90* per week base salary
  • $142.55 - $148.22* per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)

*Remuneration is paid pro-rata for contract and part time work and casual positions are paid hourly with a 25% loading.
