The Opportunity

We have multiple opportunities for diligent individuals to contribute to effective customer service, operations, maintenance, program instruction and pool supervision at BVSC managed Aquatic Facilities.

About You

We are seeking individuals who have experience relevant to the operations of community pools and aquatic centres, including customer service, lifeguarding, learn to swim, swim coaching and/or gym and fitness facilities, and hold appropriate qualifications.

Benefits

These are seasonal casual positions working varying hours. 

The total hourly remuneration package for these positions commences from $38.71 - $47.28* comprising of:

  • $27.78 - $33.92* per hour base salary
  • $6.94 - $8.48* per hour casual loading
  • $3.99 - $4.88* per hour superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
