The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a capable and enthusiastic individual to be accountable for the operations, partnerships, activation, and services of the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre (BVCCC).
As a BVCCC Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations including preparing the venue for functions, events, and meetings. You will identify and facilitate touring shows and performances as well as manage event enquiries, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate IV qualification (or higher) relevant to the position and has at least five years of experience in venue management, hospitality, and/or event coordination.
You will have the following skills and experience:

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

Demonstrated experience representing and successfully marketing venue facilities and events

High-level written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to positively influence, persuade and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ability in the use of the Microsoft Office range of products
Benefits
This is a permanent, full time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $91,588.22 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,572.30 per week base salary
- $188.71 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
