The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an IT-proficient individual to join our team as a Help Desk Administrator who will provide operational support for the IT Team and maintenance of systems relating to BVSC user base.
As a Help Desk Administrator, you will provide a positive service for BVSC user base by facilitating user requests via phone, email and in person and acting as Tier 1 support for internal customers. You will provide maintenance of the IT Help Desk ticketing system, including input, and updating of tickets as required along with administration of IT systems in a non-technical capacity.

About You
We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated experience in Help Desk operation and maintenance.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal customers.
- Analytical and investigative skills.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and equipment.
Benefits
This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $74,360.83 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1,276.80 per week base salary
- $153.22 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
