The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a diligent individual to undertake an undergraduate qualification in finance or accounting and learn a variety of finance and accounting functions and activities by participating as a team member in the Finance Section.
As a Finance Cadet, you will apply theoretical learnings to workplace activities in order to reinforce learnings. You will assist in the provision of financial and accounting services, including monitoring of budgets and reconciliations.

About You
We are seeking an individual who has completed their Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) and is eligible for entrance into degree level study in finance, accounting or similar qualification.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Demonstrated broad interest in finance and accounting disciplines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical and investigative skills.
Benefits
This is a fixed term, full time position working 35 hours per week for a period of six (6) years.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $55,194.05 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $947.70 per week base salary
- $113.72 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
