The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a passionate individual to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation, and implementation of programs for children and families.
As an Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III), you will contribute to effective and open communication with families about children’s programs, learning outcomes, health, well-being, safety, and nutrition and contribute to the care and exchange of resources that enhance the learning program and the aesthetic environment. You will document and report all concerns, complaints and significant issues that affect the operation of the service, the staff or families and children.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services (or other equivalent recognised qualification), or willingness to obtain.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and others in the community.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children’s wellbeing and learning.
Benefits
This is a fixed term, part time position working 6 hours per week until 18 December 2026. As the centre does not operate during NSW school holidays, this is a term-time position only.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $63,324.35 gross per annum (paid pro rata), comprising of:
- $1,087.30 per week base salary (paid pro rata)
- $130.48 per week superannuation (calculated at 12% and paid pro rata)
