The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a passionate individual to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation and implementation of programs for children and families at our Sapphire Mobile Preschool (Bemboka and Candelo).
As an Early Childhood Educator (Diploma), you will deliver education and care programs that support children’s learning and well-being, engage in reflective practice to inform teaching and relationships, communicate effectively with families, and respond to child protection, health, hygiene and safety requirements, including administering medication and first aid when required.

About You
We are seeking an individual who holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an early childhood setting.
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn, with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum.
- Knowledge of the National early childhood regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies.
- Demonstrated skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits
This is a fixed term, part time position working 22.5 hours per week for a period of twelve (12) months, during NSW school term time only.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $74,360.83 gross per annum (paid pro-rata), comprising of:
- $1,276.80 per week base salary (paid pro-rata)
- $153.22 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%) (paid pro-rata)
