Customer Care - On the Job Trainer/National Support

About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced, results focused Customer Service professionals to join our Training Team based in either New South Wales or Victoria.  

 

As the On-the-Job Trainer you will use your expertise as a Customer Care Advisor and passion for training and development to train new team members through a structured induction and onboarding program, as well as ad-hoc process changes and refresher training.  This role will positively impact the customer experience through improved individual and team effectiveness.    

Key Experience Preferred:

  • Previous experience working within the S.M.A.R.T Customer Care environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of the S.M.A.R.T product and how it benefits our customers
  • A team player who as demonstrated a willingness to share information and mentor others
  • Strong presentation skills, with an ability to fairly and accurately assess others' talents
  • Previous experience in developing others is an advantage, however training will be provided.
