About the role
The role will require you to manage the day-to-day activities of a construction site including managing trades via programme, safety, quality and at times some of the client relationship.
Due to the nature of our projects we require a Site Manager with extremely high level setout skills and finishing detail experience.
Most of all we need a builder at heart who loves seeing the projects come to life and
Skills and requirements:
- Carpentry Trade Qualifications
- Cert 4 or Diploma highly regarded
- 5+ years supervising experience
- Keen eye for detail and have worked on high end finishes
- Proven ability to liaise with staff, sub-contractors and clients
- Strong work history with reliable references
- Full Australian working rights
