Bush Heritage Australia are seeking a Content Coordinator to join the Engagement Team.

About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference for nature? Join our Engagement Team and dive into a role where you'll join the charge in amplifying our brand and boosting donor support.
Reporting to the Communications Team Leader, the role focuses on developing content across owned channels and supporting campaign collateral. The Content Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end development of a wide range of content, from development and planning to copy writing and liaison with design and other colleagues who help bring our contents to life.
The role works closely with the rest of the communications team, supporting copy writing needs for other projects and translating content into social media stories and opportunities to engage on other platforms, including podcasts and more.

What you'll need to succeed

Communications professional with a demonstrated experience in developing content and a strong understanding of storytelling.

Proficient with video and photography shooting, editing and production management.

Understanding of digital and social media trends and have experience creating content for a range of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Creative writing skills and ability to write and edit band aligned copy.

A strategic mindset and an ability to customise content to a wide range of channels.

Respectful and informative collaborator with excellent project management and communication skills.

Demonstrated passion and experience in nature conservation and a commitment to the objectives and values of Bush Heritage.

Great organisational skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively managing workflows, processes and proactively seeking opportunities to improve these.

Multi-tasker with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
