The role: Utility All Rounders
Cater Care Services have an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals to join our growing team across our remote mining village operations located throughout Western Australia. We have a variety of Fly in - Fly out and Drive in - Drive out roles available on a 2:1 roster.
Perfect opportunity for engaging & experienced hospitality professionals who have been wanting to break into the FIFO life. No previous FIFO experience required however hospitality experience is a must.

What this role involves:
- Day and Night shift - must be flexible to work both
- Housekeeping duties - room and ensuite cleaning, making beds
- Kitchen hand duties - assist with basic food prep and significant dishwashing
- Dining room duties - maintain cleanliness, stock and crib food levels
- Bar & retail duties - serving residents in the camp bar and shop areas
- Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning
- Laundry Services - washing, drying & sorting of linen and other items
- Mine Site Cleaning - general, ablution and mine site offices cleaning
- Repetitive, physical tasks, including heavy lifting and bending
What we require from you:
- Hospitality experience, particularly within housekeeping or commercial kitchen operations
- National Police Clearance within 6 months, or willing to obtain (essential)
- Current Australian Driver's licence (essential)
- RSA (highly desirable)
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
- Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical + drug & alcohol screening
