We are currently looking for Scheduling Support Officer to join our Aged Care and Disability Team on a Casual basis.
The Scheduling Support Officer provides support, general administration and assistance to the A&D team, participants and clients with a focus on the scheduling function. This role adheres to best practice and efficiency whilst aligning with our EA requirements to ensure client and worker consistency
The hourly rate for this position will be $45.00/hr

Our requirements to provide care
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to the role, including scheduling systems, communication tools, and other relevant software.
- Availability to work a rotating roster between 7am to 7pm 5 days a week
