About our role- We care about others
Are you a passionate and experienced individual who understand Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) well? This position attends to client referrals and intakes and also plays an integral role to strategic growth and reform readiness.
You'll enjoy working across the Illawarra and Macarthur regions, with our Aged Care team. You will have a great team supporting your work and wonderful customers who will appreciate your quality service which focus on their wellbeing and goals for independence.
This is a full-time position and based in either Campbelltown or Wollongong with a hybrid model of work.
Salary range is from $43.08 to $44.20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Our requirements to provide care
- Knowledge of CHSP including its compliance requirement, opportunities and challenges
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Aged, Disability, Health, Community Services and/or demonstrated experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer focussed skills with the ability to engage, build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people
- Project management skills to achieve outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage work autonomously with multiple demands and effectively prioritise and organise own work
- Current driver's licence, and willingness to travel across the Illawarra and Macarthur regions
