As a Family & Relationship Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic interventions to families and individuals navigating relationship stress. Your expertise in trauma-informed approaches and your ability to engage with diverse clients will be key in delivering exceptional counselling services.

We currently have a vacant part-time role, for a period up until 30 June 2026. The salary range for this position is from $43.08 - $46.35 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Our requirements for the role

Degree in Psychology or Social Work/Social Science and/or Post Graduate training/Diploma in Counselling
Knowledge and experience with Family Violence and safety planning
Knowledge and experience with court ordered counselling and the Family Law Act
Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and mandatory reporting requirements
Membership of either the Australian Psychological Society, AHPRA, the Australian Association of Social Workers or Clinical Membership of PACFA
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
