We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fill our position as a Chaplain to provide spiritual care through, religious activities, pastoral ministry at the Reiby Youth Justice Centre (RYJC). In this role, you will be providing pastoral care and activities to detainees as well as liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the facilitation of activities and meeting the religious, spiritual and pastoral needs of young people is fostered in a positive environment.
This is a part-time position consisting of 18.5 hours per week. The salary range for this position will be between $43.08 to $46.35 per hour. The position will be based in Campbelltown

Our requirements to provide care
- Tertiary qualifications in Theology
- The ability to build positive relationships with people at all levels within and outside the organisations
- The ability to have an understanding of the social and spiritual needs of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Experience in conflict resolution and handling complex issue-based and/or crisis situations
- Unencumbered NSW driver's licence
- Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
