What Brings You to the Role

The ECEC Fees Officer plays a crucial role in managing education and care fees. This position is responsible for the efficient administration of billing, payments, and financial assistance processes in alignment with the National Family Assistance Law and relevant early childhood education regulations.

You will be the point of contact for families regarding fee-related queries, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to navigate financial systems and entitlements.

  • Process and reconcile invoicing, receipting, and fee collection efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with families regarding payment plans and subsidy eligibility.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and support audits related to fee administration.
  • Collaborate with ECEC leadership to ensure compliance with relevant laws and frameworks.

A commitment to upholding CatholicCare’s values in all interactions is essential, along with professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience. Flexibility to work across sites in the Illawarra region, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to complete background checks are also required.
