OSHC Coordinator - Edmondson Park

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. The salary range is $39.00 - $44.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. If you elect to opt-in to the ECEC Worker Retention Payment, your rate of pay increases to $42.00 - $47.00 per hour.

What You Bring to the Role

The OSHC Coordinator at Edmondson Park will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our out-of-school hours care program. This position requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive environment for both staff and children, while ensuring all activities are aligned with educational frameworks and community expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for program planning, staff supervision, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in children's lives and lead a dedicated team.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within OSHC or similar settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in childcare.
  • A passionate and committed individual who wants a career in Childcare
  • Someone who enjoys working with children and supporting their education and care journey
  • A person who wants to become a leader in their community, create a great team to work with and grow around them
  • Someone who can inspire children, make a difference in their lives and provide a supportive service for their families
  • A person who is flexible and willing to work various hours to get the job done
  • An individual with strong written and verbal communication skills to support relationships with their team, with the families and school
  • A Diploma qualification in ECEC.
