Your Role as Director

As the Early Learning Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. You will guide a talented team of educators, fostering their professional growth while implementing our educational curriculum effectively.

Your leadership will drive our commitment to excellence in early childhood education, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and building strong relationships with families and the community.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven experience in early childhood education and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
