This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. The salary range* is between $40.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

As the OSHC Coordinator, you’ll take charge of one of our thriving Out of School Hours Care services — where play nurtures learning, children feel safe and valued, and every day is a new opportunity to grow. You’ll lead with purpose, champion a nurturing team environment, and ensure every aspect of the service runs like a dream — from staffing and program planning, to compliance and community engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire and support a passionate team of educators in delivering high-quality out-of-school-hours care.
- Deliver high-quality, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests and developmental needs.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
- Oversee daily operations, admin, staffing, budgeting and compliance.
- Be the heart of a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
- Engage with families and children to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Oversee program development that aligns with educational standards and community needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and positive setting.
What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in education and care
- Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership in a childcare or OSHC setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and child protection requirements
- A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
- NSW Working with Children Check + Driver's Licence
