At CatholicCare Wollongong, we’re looking for 2 Senior Registered Nurse – Clinical Care Partners to guide and support a team of nurses and care partners, while managing a caseload of clients with complex needs. This role blends advanced clinical practice with mentorship, advocacy, and strategic care coordination.
The pay rate for this position is $55.68/ hour

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to your team
- Managing complex clinical cases and coordinating multidisciplinary care
- Supporting clients through transitions, advocacy, and care planning
- Driving quality improvement, compliance, and clinical governance
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and health professionals
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience, ideally in aged care, community, or primary health
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate
Desirable:
- Advanced clinical assessment and case management skills
- Knowledge of aged care reforms, HCP, and Support at Home program
- Experience in palliative, dementia, or end-of-life care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
