At CatholicCare Wollongong, we’re looking for Community Support Workers who are compassionate, reliable, and ready to support people who are ageing or living with a disability. You’ll be part of a team that values relationships, inclusion, and person-centred care — helping clients live safely and confidently in their own homes.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting clients with personal care, grooming, and daily living tasks
- Assisting with light cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation
- Providing medication support and social companionship
- Promoting independence and wellbeing through tailored strategies
- Documenting and reporting changes in client health and support needs
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar
- Be available to work Monday to Friday with a finish time of 7:00pm
- Genuine desire to support people with a disability and/or who are ageing
- Effective communication and a commitment to person-centred care
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, and Criminal History Check
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
