At CatholicCare Wollongong, we’re looking for an Aged & Disability Onboarding Officer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting service delivery through efficient administrative processes. You’ll be part of a team that values professionalism, care, and collaboration — helping ensure that every client’s journey from referral to onboarding is smooth, timely, and well-supported.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Growth Lead and Aged & Disability Services team
- Managing client onboarding documentation including intake forms, consent forms, service agreements, and welcome packs
- Entering and maintaining accurate client data in systems such as CareLink or CRM
- Coordinating with internal teams (rostering, finance, service delivery) to ensure onboarding readiness
- Scheduling meetings, tracking referrals, and supporting reporting and compliance documentation
- Responding to client and referrer enquiries with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Community Services, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative support role, ideally in aged care, disability, or community services
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and client/CRM databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Desirable:
- Familiarity with aged care and disability funding models (Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS)
- Experience preparing service agreements and client documentation
- Experience working in a values-driven or faith-based organisation
- Understanding of CatholicCare’s mission and values
