- Competitive Salary $92,733 p.a. + Tax Savings up to $15,900 p.a. + Extra Leave each year
- Permanent Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Working across the Campbelltown and Southern Highlands Regions, with occasional travel to the head office in Wollongong

What you bring to the role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines
- Proven experience in case management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
