You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — but you will be ready to learn, lead and take ownership.
You will bring:
- Experience in OSHC, early childhood or a related education setting.
- Exposure to leadership (e.g. Assistant Coordinator, 2IC, senior educator).
- The ambition to progress into a leadership role and build your capability.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide and support others.
