  • Take ownership of a well-established OSHC service and lead it with confidence.
  • Set the standard for quality, culture and consistency.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families and school partners.
  • Lead engaging programs that support children’s development while meeting educational and community expectations.
  • Develop your leadership capability with the backing of a supportive, experienced organisation.
  • This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. The base salary range is $39.00 – $44.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

This is an environment where motivated people are trusted, supported and encouraged to step up.

What You Bring to the Role

As the OSHC Coordinator at Edmondson Park, you’ll move from contributing to a service to leading one.

This role is designed for someone ready to stretch themselves, take accountability and grow into a confident, capable leader. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide and develop your team, ensure compliance and deliver programs you can be proud of.

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — but you will be ready to learn, lead and take ownership.

You will bring:

  • Experience in OSHC, early childhood or a related education setting.
  • Exposure to leadership (e.g. Assistant Coordinator, 2IC, senior educator).
  • The ambition to progress into a leadership role and build your capability.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide and support others.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An understanding of quality standards and compliance, or a willingness to develop this knowledge.
  • A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
  • A flexible, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification.

If you’re ready to step up, lead with purpose and make your mark, this role offers genuine career progression — not just a title.
