About the role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Clinical Service Lead to provide senior clinical leadership and help shape the future growth of our Aged & Disability clinical services.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team (Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Registered Nurses), strengthen our clinical model of care, and ensure high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery. Alongside your clinical leadership, this role has a strong focus on service growth, sustainability and innovation.

You will contribute to the ongoing development of our services by identifying opportunities for business development, supporting the expansion of existing programs, and helping to design and implement new or evolving models of care.

This is a permanent full‑time role (38 hours per week). The position may be based in Campbelltown or Wollongong, with regular work from home days and occasional travel between locations as required.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Develop and implement sustainable clinical service models
  • Ensure best‑practice clinical governance and compliance
  • Conduct financial viability assessments and develop business cases
  • Support service growth and continuous improvement.

About you

You are a confident and collaborative clinical leader who brings both clinical credibility and commercial insight. You are motivated by improving outcomes for clients, building capable teams, and contributing to a mission‑driven organisation.  You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in clinical leadership or healthcare management
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of aged care and disability sector reforms
  • Demonstrated ability to balance clinical excellence with financial sustainability
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health (e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) with current AHPRA registration.
