Our Purpose, Your Impact
As a Certificate III Educator you will work collaboratively with your OSHC Coordinator to ensure operation of a high-quality School Aged Education and Care - Out of Hours Service supporting and promoting positive out of hours and vacation care outcomes for children and their families.
- Pay Rates: $30-$34 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Allowances: 15% Worker Retention Payment, increasing hourly rate up to $39 + Split Shift Allowance
- Bonus: Tax Savings of up to $15,900 per year (salary packaging options)

- Hours: various depending on position + splits shifts available + flexible hours - suited to Uni/TAFE students

As an OSHC Educator, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing learning opportunities for school-age children. You will work closely with the Coordinator to prepare and implement exciting programming and activities that stimulate curiosity and encourage exploration. Your creativity and energy will help create a fun and engaging environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn. What You Bring to the Role
- A Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent)
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Experience delivering quality education and/or care of children
- Flexibility to work during school holidays and split shifts, ranging in hours from 6:30am - 9:30am and 2:00pm - 6:30pm, is essential.
