We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead to contribute to the sustainable growth of our Aged and Disability services. In this influential role, you will work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to identify and progress growth opportunities, manage referral pipelines, and support services to respond to community need and funding opportunities.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week, supporting service delivery across the Illawarra and Macarthur regions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and progress growth opportunities across aged care and disability services
- Manage and enhance referral pipelines ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Develop business cases and feasibility assessments to support informed growth decisions
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across the Wollongong Diocese and broader sector
About you
- Strategic and commercially minded leader with strong experience in aged care and disability services
- Proven ability to develop business cases, assess feasibility, and support sustainable growth initiatives
- Strong relationship building skills with confidence working across internal and external partnerships
- Sound understanding of funding models, referral pathways, and sector dynamics
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (desirable)
- Willingness to travel across the Illawarra and Macarthur regions.
