Role details:
- Position: ELC Diploma Educator
- Location: Shellharbour
- Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – 8-month Maximum Term Contract
- Pay rate: $38.23 per hour (incl. Worker Retention Payment)

What You Bring to the Role
- A Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and child protection requirements
- A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Completion of Child Safe training (e.g. Understanding Child Safety and Responding to Harm), or willingness to complete prior to commencement
