People & Culture Advisor

We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to provide high-quality, responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to a positive and consistent employee experience.
Working closely with the People & Culture team, you will support operational HR processes and provide timely, accurate advice to employees and leaders across a diverse organisation with multiple service streams and teams (including Aged Care Services and Early Childhood Education and Care).
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment processes, including job ads, pre‑employment checks and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Prepare contracts, variations and employment documentation
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and P&C projects
About you
You are a proactive and organised HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team and supporting leaders and employees with clear, practical advice. You bring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service, and take pride in producing accurate work.
You will bring:
- 2–3 years’ experience in an HR operations or advisory role
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
