Regional Operations Coordinator (OSHC) - Campbelltown

 

Full-Time | 38 Hours Per Week | 12-Month Contract | Campbelltown Region

Pay Rate: $42–$45 per hour + eligibility for the Worker Retention Payment (subject to program requirements)

 

Champion Quality, Compliance and Child Safety

If you are an experienced OSHC Coordinator or ECEC professional looking to expand your impact beyond a single service, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support quality outcomes across multiple locations.

Working closely with Coordinators and leadership teams, you will provide guidance on compliance with the National Quality Framework, support Assessment and Rating readiness, promote child-safe practices, and drive continuous quality improvement. Your expertise will help services achieve positive outcomes for children, families, and educators while further developing your leadership capability.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking a passionate and capable early childhood professional who is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and staff. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience – A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) and at least two years' experience in education and care services, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Operational and leadership capability – Demonstrated experience coordinating staff, managing rosters and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of a service.
  • Strong sector knowledge – A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, My Time, Our Place, compliance requirements and quality improvement processes.
  • Professional skills and mandatory requirements – Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills, a proactive and solutions-focused approach, and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, a paid employee Working With Children Check and an unrestricted Driver's Licence.
