Regional Operations Coordinator (OSHC) - Campbelltown
Full-Time | 38 Hours Per Week | 12-Month Contract | Campbelltown Region
Pay Rate: $42–$45 per hour + eligibility for the Worker Retention Payment (subject to program requirements)

Working closely with Coordinators and leadership teams, you will provide guidance on compliance with the National Quality Framework, support Assessment and Rating readiness, promote child-safe practices, and drive continuous quality improvement. About the Role
The Regional Operations Coordinator provides operational and leadership support across OSHC services throughout the Macarthur region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leave coverage in Coordinator and Responsible Person capacities
- Supporting Coordinators and educators to deliver high-quality, child-centred programs
- Assisting with workforce planning, rostering and staffing coordination
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce development activities
- Assisting services to maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives, audits and continuous improvement processes
- Mentoring and coaching educators and emerging leaders
- Building positive relationships with children, families, school communities and stakeholders
The role works closely with services to strengthen practice aligned with the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and My Time, Our Place.
Travel between services across the Macarthur region is required.

What You'll Bring
- Diploma in Children's Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years' experience within education and care services
- Experience leading or acting in a Coordinator, Responsible Person or similar leadership capacity
- Experience coordinating staff, rostering and operational priorities within education and care settings
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and My Time, Our Place
- Experience supporting compliance, quality improvement and continuous improvement processes
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Current paid employee Working With Children Check
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between services
